Besty AI is a service operated by Next Bloom Incorporated (“Besty,” “we,” “us”) that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude search professionally managed vacation rentals and link to direct booking on each property manager’s own website. This policy covers the Besty AI connector service only. It does not cover the individual property managers’ websites where bookings are completed — each of those sites has its own privacy policy, which governs your booking, payment, and stay.
What we process. When an AI assistant uses Besty AI on your behalf, we receive the content of that request: the locations, dates, party sizes, filters, and property identifiers involved, along with technical information needed to operate the service — timestamps, the tool called, and network information (such as IP address) used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
What we do not collect. Besty AI has no user accounts. We do not receive your name, email address, phone number, payment details, or your conversation with the AI assistant beyond the specific request sent to our service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use request data for advertising.
How we use it. We use request data to answer the request (return matching properties, rates, and booking links), to operate and secure the service (rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging), and to produce aggregate statistics — for example, reporting to a property manager how many AI-driven searches or bookings their properties received. Aggregate statistics do not identify individuals.
Booking happens elsewhere. When you choose to book, Besty AI provides a link to the property manager’s own website. Everything from that point — the personal details you enter, payment processing, and the reservation itself — is handled by that property manager under their privacy policy and terms. The property manager, not Besty AI, is the merchant.
Property content. Photos, descriptions, prices, availability, and review summaries shown through Besty AI are supplied by the participating property managers’ systems.
Retention. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted or reduced to aggregate form. Aggregate statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Third parties. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, monitoring) to operate the service under agreements consistent with this policy. AI assistant platforms (for example, OpenAI and Anthropic) handle your conversation under their own privacy policies before any request reaches us.
Your choices and rights. Because we hold no account or profile about you, most requests are best directed to the property manager you booked with.
