These terms govern use of the Besty AI connector service (“the Service”), operated by Next Bloom Incorporated (“Besty”). By using the Service — including through an AI assistant — you agree to them.
1. What the Service is. Besty AI is a search and discovery tool. It lets AI assistants query availability, rates, and details for vacation rental properties managed by independent property management companies that use Besty’s software, and it provides links to book directly on those companies’ own websites.
2. What the Service is not. Besty AI is not a travel agency, booking platform, or merchant. Besty is not a party to any reservation. Each property is offered by its independent property manager, who sets prices, availability, policies, and terms, and who is the merchant of record for any booking. Your reservation contract is with that property manager alone, under the terms presented on their website at checkout.
3. Accuracy of information. Rates, availability, and property details are supplied by the property managers’ systems. Calendar data may be cached and is timestamped accordingly; a quoted total is generated at request time and can change until checkout is completed. Where a quote hold applies (typically about 15 minutes at checkout), it is provided by the property manager’s system, not by Besty. Besty does not guarantee that any price or availability shown remains bookable.
4. Acceptable use. You may not use the Service to scrape or bulk-harvest data, circumvent rate limits, probe or disrupt the Service, misrepresent your identity or automation, or infringe others’ rights. We may throttle, suspend, or block access that violates these terms or threatens the Service.
5. Intellectual property. The Service, including its software and interfaces, belongs to Besty or its licensors. Property content (photos, descriptions, reviews) belongs to the respective property managers or their licensors and is provided for viewing in connection with the Service.
6. Disclaimers. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Besty does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Besty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any dispute arising from a reservation, stay, or property, and Besty’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
8. Changes and termination. We may modify or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
